    Yes. Property owners can block dates for personal use directly through the Owner App or by notifying our Client Support Team. This ensures the calendar is updated across all booking platforms. Owner pays for cleaning fees per stay.

  • How do I access my monthly statements?

    All statements are uploaded directly to the Owner App, where you can review detailed breakdowns including reservations, gross revenue, platform commissions, cleaning fees, and owner payouts.

  • Who do I contact if I have questions about my property?

    Owners can contact the Bleuspace Client Support Team directly through the Owner App or by email. Our team assists with property inquiries, owner stays, statements, and operational questions.

    Yes. The Owner App provides a live calendar view of upcoming reservations, allowing you to monitor occupancy, stay dates, and booking activity for your property.
